Holland DMC Partners by its standard would like to have you at the airport two hours before flight departure time.
Terminals at Schiphol Airport
If your guests are travelling by sedan or minivan, they will be dropped off at the terminal closest to their checkin desk. All departure terminals (1-3) are connected, so you can never really go wrong!
If your guests are traveling by bus or minibus, they will have to walk from the bus terminal to the departure terminal. Your host can of course walk the guests to their terminal/checkin desk.
