Bleyenberg is a striking five-floor hospitality and event venue in the former Kwantum department store on the Grote Markt, right in the lively heart of The Hague — just two tram stops from The Hague Central Station and a short walk from the Tweede Kamer, the ministries and the historic centre. A complete “eat, drink, meet and celebrate” concept, it brings together a rooftop bar, a restobar, flexible meeting and event spaces and private karaoke under one roof.

On the third floor sits the city’s first and only public rooftop bar: a 225 m² covered terrace and indoor lounge with panoramic views over the Grote Markt and Prinsegracht, signature cocktails and a resident DJ, hosting up to around 180 guests. The ground-floor restobar Bar Bley offers sharing food, signature cocktails, board and arcade games and space for up to 300. In the basement, BLÊR brings seven private karaoke booths for groups large and small.

For business, Bleyenberg offers four distinct meeting and event spaces across the first and second floors — including the light-filled De Martinus and intimate boardrooms — with natural daylight, hybrid AV facilities and tailored catering, suitable for anything from a 5-person meeting to a fully catered conference, company party or wedding for up to roughly 550 guests. Spaces can be combined and finished off with drinks on the rooftop, making it a versatile, characterful choice for events and incentive groups in The Hague.
