Starboard Boats

Starboard Boats is an Amsterdam-based charter company operating a fleet of twelve fully electric sloeps on the city's historic canal ring. Every vessel runs silently on battery power, producing zero local emissions, and comes with a skipper, a host and an onboard bar as standard.

The fleet ranges from intimate boats for up to 28 guests to larger sloeps licensed for 50 to 60 passengers, making them well suited for corporate group cruises, team outings, product launches, client entertainment and incentive experiences. Most boats feature partial covered seating with heated cushions, keeping guests comfortable in any weather.

Private charters typically depart from Amstel 178 near Rembrandtplein, with flexible embarkation points available across the canal belt. Routes are fully customisable, from the historic Grachtengordel and the Amstel to the green waterways of Amsterdam-East.

On-board catering options include cheese-and-wine tastings, cheese fondue cruises, and bespoke food and drinks packages. A professional sound system with silent-disco headphones is available for events, and the fleet has hosted corporate clients including EY, Marriott and Beachhouse Project.
