As a dining venue on the water, the Soeverein provides a high-quality culinary experience with meals prepared in the fully equipped onboard kitchen by an experienced chef. For seated dinner events, the Soeverein accommodates up to 46 guests, comfortably arranged to enjoy a complete meal as the boat navigates Amsterdam’s waterways. In total, the vessel can host up to 55 people for group gatherings, walking dinners and drinks, combining space with a cosy setting. 

Although the Soeverein itself is a self-contained dining experience rather than a traditional restaurant with separate private rooms, the entire boat can be reserved for private dining and exclusive events. This setup offers a fully dedicated space for seated dinners for groups of up to 46 guests, perfect for corporate dinners, intimate celebrations or tailor-made private functions on board.
