About the airport
Walking from the plane to the luggage belt takes between 15 and 30 minutes depending on the gate your plane is docked to. Luggage usually comes on the belt about 25 to 45 minutes after landing.
If you travel within Schengen, you should be out into the main terminal between 30 and 45 minutes. If travel from outside of Schengen/EU, it will take between 60 and 120 minutes to get to the main terminal depending on how busy it is at security and customs.
Meet & Greet Service
As can be seen on the picture here, your guests can come out of one out of four arrival doors to walk into the main terminal.
The Meet & Greet host will be waiting for your guests at one of the arrival doors or meeting point, depending on the agreements made for your group.
Onwards to your transfer
If your guests are travelling by sedan or minivan, they will walk with the greeter or driver to the parking garage connected to the terminal.
If your guests are traveling by bus or minibus, they will have to walk from the main terminal to the bus terminal as displayed in the video here. Your Meet & Greet host will of course walk the guests to their bus.
