YOLO Restaurant-Bar is a boutique shared-dining restaurant and cocktail bar in Kralingen, Rotterdam, set in a historic building on the Admiraliteit marina with a striking, authentic New York steel ceiling and a sunny terrace over the harbour.
Arrival is at a bar carrying over 200 exclusive drinks, from Japanese single malts to Robert Mondavi fumé blanc, with a cocktail list built by leading Dutch bartenders — the signature 'Naughty Schoolgirl' and 'Golddigger' among them. The interior, styled by Nikkie Plessen and OGER, runs to boudoir seating, plush velvet and gold accents.
The kitchen serves French-Asian cuisine on a shared-dining basis: ceviche, black truffle pasta, black cod marinated in ginger and miso, Black Angus sliders, and the signature Tuna Tataki Lollipops. Dining is on the entresol, overlooking the open kitchen.
YOLO handles walking dinners up to 60 guests, and the entresol can be taken for private dining or as a dedicated cocktail area — a flexible option for incentive evenings, business drinks and team celebrations in Rotterdam.
