Union House

Union House occupies the former Tivoli concert hall on the Oudegracht in Utrecht — a building with real history, where Prince, Pearl Jam and the Red Hot Chili Peppers all played. It reopened in September 2025 as a restaurant, wine bar and event address, with the character of the old venue deliberately preserved.

Guests reach the restaurant along a corridor from the Oudegracht, opening onto a sunny inner courtyard — the former monastery garden — with the great hall of the old pop venue beyond. Seating can be taken in the courtyard, on the former dance floor, on the stage itself, or on the balcony overlooking the room. The kitchen works with local seasonal produce.

For events, the Governor's Room hosts meetings, presentations, conferences and company parties for 2 to 100 guests, and celebrations such as receptions, family dinners and high teas from 20 to 100 guests. Catering is handled in-house across seated, sharing and walking dinner formats. It sits roughly ten minutes' walk from Utrecht Centraal and close to Jaarbeurs, making it a strong choice for conferences, receptions and gala dinners.
