Stamppot Amsterdam is a traditional Dutch restaurant just off Leidseplein, in the heart of Amsterdam. It specialises in stamppot – the classic Dutch mashed-potato dish – alongside other home-style Dutch classics, in a warm, informal dining room close to the city's museums and main squares.

The interior pairs a deep-blue colour scheme with a feature wall of framed vintage Amsterdam photographs, wooden tables and warm pendant lighting, giving it a cosy, characterful setting for a relaxed group dinner. A pavement terrace out front catches the passing Leidseplein crowd.
