Rufus Amsterdam is an Italian-Albanian restaurant and coffee bar in the De Pijp neighbourhood, a short walk from Amsterdam's Museum Quarter. Run by an Italian-Albanian family, it blends ten years of culinary experience in Tirana with the family's Apulian heritage from southern Italy.
Named after the owners' dog, Rufus has a warm, intimate dining room that combines Albanian textiles and art with a relaxed, contemporary interior. The kitchen is known for its handmade pasta and Albanian specialities, and the restaurant is highly rated by guests for its food and personal service.
