Restaurant Wils is a Michelin-starred fire-cuisine restaurant beside Amsterdam's Olympic Stadium, on the historic Stadionplein where the Olympic flame was first lit in 1928. It suits both intimate private dinners and larger seated group programs.
Master Chef Joris Bijdendijk and Chef de Cuisine Thomas Val work the open kitchen's fire pits, wood ovens and hoist grills, with wines selected by Sommelier Barbora and desserts by Pastry Chef Tania. Guests can be seated at the kitchen counter, the bar, or at table.

Wils serves a six-course chef's menu, available in vegetarian or vegan versions on request. On Fridays and Saturdays a four-course lunch menu is also offered, alongside an extensive à la carte selection.

- Yellow gazpacho with assorted crudités, rose petal and lovage (lavas)
- Smoked trout from 't Smallert, courgette, huacatay and citrus
- Cuttlefish (zeekat) with pointed cabbage, gochujang, guanciale and smoked pork belly broth
- Lobster tail with roasted chicken and cassia jus, shokupan bread
- Raspberry, black sesame and seaweed
A dedicated wine pairing and a non-alcoholic ("soft") pairing are both available. Dietary requirements and allergies can be accommodated when notified in advance.
