Restaurant Kenneh is the Netherlands' first West-African fine dining restaurant, in an intimate setting on the Nassaukade in Amsterdam Oud-West. Chef Samuka Kenneh takes guests on a journey through The Gambia, Sierra Leone, Ghana and Nigeria, reimagining the dishes of his childhood with French technique.
Dinner is served as a chef's menu — The Full West African Experience (10 courses) or a seven-course Tasting Menu — alongside à la carte and a dedicated vegan tasting menu. Signature dishes include jollof rice with duck suya, yasa lobster with truffle and chilli oil, and puff-puff to open. Optional wine pairings accompany the menus.
With its warm, personal hospitality and intimate room, Kenneh is well suited to private dining, celebrations and small group events.
