Restaurant Bellezza is an immersive fine-dining experience in the heart of Amsterdam's historic Old Centre, steps from the Oudezijds Achterburgwal. The concept, developed by Michelin-trained Chef Davy, takes groups on a seven-course gastronomic journey through taste, light, sound and imagery. As each course is served, the surrounding screens and lighting shift to match the theme of the season — turning the dining room into a living, breathing sensory performance. The intimate setting accommodates up to 35 guests and can be hired exclusively, including the option to project custom brand content, personal imagery or event messaging onto the venue's screens — making it an exceptional choice for corporate dinners, VIP incentive evenings and brand activations. A golden central table creates a natural point of connection for the group.
Opening hours:
Monday – Sunday: 17:45 until late. Fixed starting times apply; walk-ins welcome subject to availability.
The menu follows a rotating quarterly theme (currently The Sixth Sense). The seven-course chef's menu pairs precisely executed dishes with the immersive experience. A vegetarian menu and pescatarian adaptation are available on request. On Mondays through Wednesdays an all-inclusive arrangement is offered (welcome drink, seven courses, wine pairing and water service). A curated wine pairing and an alcohol-free cocktail pairing are available alongside the menu.
