Pazzi Noord is a wood-fired Italian pizzeria on NDSM-Kade in Amsterdam-Noord, part of the small Pazzi group that has served Neapolitan-style pizza in the city since 2010.
The location is currently closed for a full renovation. On reopening it will seat 50 guests indoors and 80 on the terrace, making it the largest outdoor setting in the Pazzi group.
The kitchen centres on Neapolitan-style pizza from the wood-fired oven alongside Italian antipasti and desserts, and for groups Pazzi serves its Giro Pizza sharing format, in which antipasti, a rotating succession of pizzas and dessert are brought to the middle of the table.
Re-opening status should be confirmed with the restaurant before this location is included in a client proposal.
