Onze Zaak Amsterdam is an Italian fine-dining restaurant in the heart of Amsterdam, tucked into the Begijnensteeg — a picturesque alley just off the Kalverstraat. Its central position and intimate scale suit corporate dinners, incentive groups and client entertaining in the very centre of the city.
The kitchen is led by chef Mattia Pedroni, who worked in top restaurants in London and New York before taking the helm here. His Italian roots show in the focaccia made fresh every day and in ravioli prepared to his grandmother's recipe, alongside meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan dishes.
Quality and sustainability drive the sourcing — as much organic produce as possible, from local suppliers including farm Lindenhof, cheesemonger Zuivelhoeve Elandsgracht and fishmonger Jan van As. A terrace in the alley extends the restaurant for both lunch and dinner, and the bar makes a natural spot for a pre-dinner drink.
