Grace Rotterdam

Grace Rotterdam is a festive restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Rotterdam's city centre, set in a large corner building on the Coolsingel directly opposite the City Hall on Stadhuisplein, a short walk from Rotterdam Centraal station and the Lijnbaan shopping district.

The restaurant opened in February 2023 and is run by Hell's Kitchen Horeca Groep, the Rotterdam hospitality group founded by Herman Hell. Interior designer Liselore Holman transformed the former concrete shell into a glamorous, 1920s-inspired space with warm, bold colours, patterned floors with international influences, a grand central bar, a sweeping staircase and a mezzanine that overlooks the dining room.

The kitchen serves international flavours with a modern edge, from Tokyo to Buenos Aires: sharing sushi, chicken gyoza, tostada carpaccio, Colombian empanadas, teriyaki salmon with soba noodles and grain-fed steaks from the Robata grill, alongside signature cocktails and an afternoon tea. Shared dining is at the core of the concept, all dishes are halal or can be prepared halal with small adjustments, and every group menu is available in a vegetarian and vegan version.

Grace is built for groups and events of up to 700 guests, from corporate cocktail parties and private dinners to fashion shows and large parties, and the whole venue can be hired exclusively. Groups of 8 or more choose from four set shared-dining menus, Cheerfull, Seductive, Flamboyant and Magnificent, which are available from Sunday to Wednesday, while walking dinners and lunch arrangements are offered for 20 guests or more. In summer the terrace on the Coolsingel welcomes up to 250 guests.

On Friday and Saturday evenings Grace turns into a festive night out with a DJ from 18:00 and live entertainment from 21:00, and The Cocktail Klub takes over on the last Friday of every month. Interparking Kruiskade is 150 metres away; the ground floor and terrace are wheelchair accessible, though the building has no lift.
