Restaurant d’Vijff Vlieghen is a historic and atmospheric dining destination in the heart of Amsterdam, uniquely spread over five interconnected 17th-century canal houses. Renowned for its immersive setting—decorated with antique objects, original art and Dutch Golden Age interiors—the restaurant offers a high-quality culinary experience rooted in modern Dutch cuisine with seasonal local ingredients prepared with respect for tradition and nature. 


The overall capacity for seated dinner events can be configured across a variety of distinct dining chambers within the restaurant. One of the larger group dining spaces, Het Binnenhof, accommodates up to 80 seated guests with a combination of ground-level and balcony seating. D'Vijff Vlieghen Additional individual and group-friendly dining rooms such as The Print Room (up to 44 seats) and The Knights Room (up to 28 seats) can also be used for group dinners. 


Private dining options are available in several of the restaurant’s distinctive chambers. The Bridal Room provides an intimate setting for up to 20 seated guests, while the Mother Hendrina Room can host up to 34 guests for exclusive dinners. 


These private spaces are ideal for corporate groups, special occasions or bespoke dinner events that benefit from a more secluded environment.
