Abel. Hospitality & Leisure is tucked away in the Rhoonse Grienden nature reserve in Poortugaal, just under 10 kilometres from Rotterdam. The restaurant — the life's work of Remco and Sigrid Abel, opened in 1999 — combines an informal, trendy ambiance with views over the Pitch & Putt golf course, the Oude Maas and the Rhoon marina. Abel. has been listed several years in the Dutch top 25 (Misset Horeca) and was voted best terrace in the Rotterdam region.

Abel. has several separate indoor and outdoor spaces — including Restaurant, Lounge, Salon, Boardroom, Club, Tuinkamer, Koepel and Serre. Mobile walls make it easy to combine spaces for larger corporate events, conferences and product presentations, while spaces such as the Boardroom and Salon lend themselves to meetings and presentations in a smaller committee. The grounds also offer room for additional marquee setups. Exact capacities per space and per layout are confirmed on request.

Alongside the hospitality, Abel. offers extensive team-building options via the adjacent Pitch & Putt golf course and the nearby climbing forest (Klimbos). Ample free parking and good access from the A15 make Abel. an excellent choice for international groups.
