The hotel holds 207 rooms, and the product is a genuine step above the usual regional standard: alongside comfort and deluxe categories there are four-person family rooms, Junior Wellness suites, and themed suites finished with murals, chandeliers and open fireplaces. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool and its own restaurant.

Utrecht city centre and its canals are about fifteen minutes away, and the Kromme Rijn countryside and the Hollandse Waterlinie forts start on the doorstep, which gives an accompanying programme something to work with beyond the city.
