Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem A15 – hotel exterior from the air.jpg.png

Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem-A15 stands on the Franklinweg on the northern edge of Gorinchem, directly beside the A15 in the river country where the Merwede and the Linge meet, roughly midway between Rotterdam, Utrecht and Den Bosch.

This is the larger of the two Van der Valk hotels in Gorinchem and the one built for events, with a full conference floor, an indoor swimming pool and Restaurant Loev. The historic fortified town, its ramparts and its harbour are a few minutes away, and Slot Loevestein sits across the water.

For a programme that wants the classic Dutch river landscape within easy reach of three major cities, the position is hard to fault, and the free parking makes coach movements straightforward.

Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem A15 – Comfort room

Van der Valk Hotel Gorinchem-A15 runs the more substantial meeting operation of the two Gorinchem properties, with halls that take a plenary audience in theatre style alongside classroom-configured rooms and the Zederik boardroom for executive sessions.

The larger spaces also convert for ceremonies and gala dinners, which makes the hotel a practical single-site choice for a programme that needs to work by day and celebrate in the evening. An indoor swimming pool and the hotel's own Restaurant Loev cover the downtime and the catering.

Direct A15 access and generous free parking make it easy to reach by road from Rotterdam, Utrecht and Den Bosch alike, which suits a delegation gathering from across the country rather than flying in.

The number of guest rooms and meeting rooms, and the per-setup capacities, are being confirmed with the hotel and have deliberately been left out rather than estimated.
