Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam Zuidas is a four-star hotel in the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam, standing directly beside Amsterdam RAI station and the RAI convention centre, with the North-South metro line putting the historic centre roughly ten minutes away.

The hotel holds 234 spacious rooms and luxury suites, many of them looking out over the Zuidas skyline and the city beyond, and it belongs to the Valk Exclusief collection at the upper end of the Van der Valk portfolio. A wellness and fitness centre occupies the top floor, so the sauna and gym come with the same panorama as the rooms.

Dining runs across a stylish a la carte restaurant and the fifth-floor Restaurant ZUID5, where the kitchen works with an open view over Amsterdam and the surrounding countryside.

For a congress delegate the geography is close to ideal: the RAI is next door, Schiphol is a short run down the A10 and the metro reaches Amsterdam Centraal without a change.

Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam Zuidas offers nine multifunctional meeting and event rooms, positioned immediately alongside the Amsterdam RAI convention centre in the heart of the Zuidas business district.

The rooms are laid out for the full range of corporate work, from board-level sessions around a single table to plenary presentations in theatre style, and they suit dinners and receptions equally well. Their location on the RAI's doorstep makes the hotel a natural overflow and hospitality base for congresses using the convention centre itself, whether for parallel sessions, exhibitor briefings or a private client dinner.

With 234 rooms and suites in the same building, a residential meeting can keep delegates, sessions and catering on one site, and the top-floor wellness and fitness centre gives an incentive group somewhere to unwind at the end of the day.

Access is straightforward for international delegations: Amsterdam RAI station sits beside the hotel, the North-South metro line reaches Amsterdam Centraal in about ten minutes, and Schiphol is a short journey by road or rail.
