Sir Adam is a striking design hotel occupying the first eight floors of the iconic A’DAM Tower in Amsterdam Noord, directly across the IJ River from Central Station and just a free five-minute ferry ride from the city centre. A member of Design Hotels and part of the Sircle Collection, the hotel channels the creative energy of the tower’s music-industry residents throughout its 108 rooms and suites — each featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a Crosley record player, curated vinyl and an electric Gibson guitar.
Guests gather in The Hub, the lobby bar and social space, while THE BUTCHER Social Club serves burgers, booze, beer and breakfast. The hotel also offers a fitness centre, a vinyl music library and direct access to the A’DAM Lookout rooftop, home to Europe’s highest swing and 360-degree panoramic views over Amsterdam.
With floor-to-ceiling windows and abundant natural light, Sir Adam’s Studios provide an inspiring setting for meetings, team gatherings, brainstorms and even podcast recordings. Equipped with surround-sound systems and projectors, the flexible event spaces host up to around 75 guests for a reception or 36 seated, and can be combined for larger groups.
On the rooftop beside the A’DAM Tower, The Forbidden Garden offers a unique open-air venue for receptions, rooftop yoga, talks and private events overlooking the IJ River. Group stays of more than nine rooms can be arranged directly with the hotel’s dedicated group team.
