Opened in 2022 as Ruby's first hotel in the Netherlands, the property occupies a striking sustainable building — formerly QO Amsterdam — that rises across eighteen floors and was the first in Europe to earn LEED Platinum certification, with geothermal energy generation and a smart facade of automatic solar sails at the heart of its design.

The hotel offers 291 guest rooms in six categories, ranging from the compact Cosy and twin-bedded Mate rooms to the light-filled Lovely and dog-friendly Wow rooms, the spacious Loft rooms with a bathtub, and the residential Resident rooms with a separate living area, each finished in Ruby's signature Lean Luxury style with soundproofed walls, plush bedding, rainfall showers, iPad room controls and a Marshall amplifier.
