For meetings and events, Park Plaza Utrecht offers ten multifunctional conference rooms on the seventh floor, each with natural daylight and built-in audiovisual equipment, served by a shared foyer for breaks and registration. The layout supports multi-day conferences with a plenary room, breakout spaces and classic presentation setups side by side.

The three Plaza Suites can be used individually or combined to seat up to 150 guests for a plenary session, while the Park Suites and Executive Park Suite suit smaller meetings, training sessions and creative workshops.
