nhow Rotterdam is a 4-star design hotel on the Wilhelminapier, occupying part of De Rotterdam — the vertical-city complex by Rem Koolhaas and OMA. It is the first hotel for which Koolhaas designed both the exterior and the interior, and it anchors the district locals call Manhattan on the Maas.

Rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows over the river and the city, and the location puts groups two minutes from Wilhelminaplein metro and a short walk from the Erasmus Bridge, Hotel New York and the cruise terminal.

The hotel features 278 guest rooms and suites, including corner nhow suites with wraparound windows, offering substantial capacity for larger corporate groups.

Dining is centred on Gastrobar Elvy with its river-view terrace and the nhow Bar on the seventh floor, with a gym, Finnish sauna and rooftop terrace for guests, and Q-Park De Rotterdam parking in the same building.

Three of them sit inside The Loft — a 700 square metre fully customisable space designed by Rem Koolhaas and OMA that takes up to 400 guests.

The remaining eight rooms are soundproofed and air-conditioned with flexible audiovisual set-ups, supported by dedicated coffee-break areas and the seventh-floor terrace.
