As an Amsterdam destination management company, Holland DMC Partners pairs Leonardo Boutique Hotel The Lancaster Amsterdam with complete DMC Amsterdam services, from airport transfers and meeting logistics to curated incentive and event programmes.
Leonardo Boutique Hotel The Lancaster Amsterdam is a 4-star boutique hotel in the green and cultural Plantage district, on Plantage Middenlaan directly beside Artis Royal Zoo and close to Hortus Botanicus, the Hermitage and the Jewish Cultural Quarter.
Following a name and brand change and an extensive renovation, the hotel offers 122 contemporary guest rooms across Small, Comfort and Superior categories, with double, twin, single and family layouts. Interiors are calm and design-led, complemented by a renovated lobby, a lobby bar, a breakfast area, a games corner and a fitness area.
The Plantage is one of central Amsterdam's most relaxed neighbourhoods, a short walk or tram ride from Waterlooplein, the Rembrandt House and the canal ring, yet quieter than the busy centre. Amsterdam Centraal is a few minutes away by tram and Schiphol Airport is approximately 16 kilometres from the hotel.
The Lancaster Amsterdam is a rooms-focused boutique hotel and does not have its own conference facilities, but it offers a distinctive solution for groups that need meeting space: it works in partnership with neighbouring Artis, where meetings and events take place while guests stay at the hotel.
This makes the hotel well suited to residential meetings, incentives and smaller conferences that want characterful, out-of-the-ordinary event surroundings within a few steps of their accommodation. The team can advise on room blocks and combined stay-and-meet arrangements on request.
