Hilton Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is one of the largest airport conference hotels in the Netherlands, offering 31 flexible meeting and event spaces across approximately 2,453 square metres, a natural fit for conferences, conventions and product launches that draw international audiences straight from the terminal.

The centrepiece is a pillar-free ballroom of 479 square metres that seats up to 640 guests in theatre or reception style and 360 for a seated dinner, and can be divided into smaller sections when a programme needs breakout capacity alongside a plenary.

A cargo entrance serves the ballroom directly, allowing cars, staging and large-format production to be brought straight in for launches and gala events, while six boardrooms with built-in technology handle executive meetings and smaller working sessions.

Foyer and atrium spaces provide natural registration, catering and networking areas, and the hotel’s position under one roof with the terminal makes it especially efficient for fly-in, fly-out corporate meetings where delegates’ time on the ground is short.
